A joint press convention of Global Legal Court (ICC) Prosecutor Karim Khan and Ukrainian Prosecutor Typical Iryna Venediktova has commenced in The Hague.
The press conference is using place in Eurojust, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Ukrainian Prosecutor Typical Iryna Venediktova delivered her speech very first. In her terms, the judicial front is very essential, as “about 200-300 war crimes are committed daily”.
Venediktova stressed that hostilities are repeatedly raging in Ukraine.
“It is a brutal war. We do not have entry to the occupied territories, but I hope, thanks to global colleagues, we will be capable to attain justice,” Venediktova mentioned.
The push convention was also attended by Lithuanian Prosecutor Standard Nida Grunskienė, Polish Countrywide Prosecutor Dariusz Barski and Eurojust President Ladislav Hamran.
A reminder that, in cooperation with the Business office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Courtroom (ICC), Eurojust arranged a press conference, subsequent a coordination conference of the joint investigation staff on alleged core international crimes committed in Ukraine.
